​The recent completion of more than $600 million in sales as part of the Millers Point sales program called on the expertise of several areas in NSW Public Works.

NSW Public Works Surveying played an instrumental role by providing expert cadastral surveying services and titling solutions to Land and Housing Corporation over the last four years.

The team provided a broad range of surveying products and services covering more than 200 properties including community, strata and Torrens title subdivision plans, utility services plans, and heritage façade plans.
